Reservations and cancellations
The arrival date and the departure date must be specified for each booking. Room reservations will only be considered final after payment has been received of a deposit of €300.00 per room for Standard/Classic/Diplomatic single and double rooms, and €500.00 for Rooms with Views, Family Suites and Adriatic Deluxe rooms.
In the event of late arrivals, early departures and ”no shows”, the full price of the rooms for the entire stay will be charged.
In the event of cancellations 15 or more days before the arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded but it can be used to book a new stay until 31 December of the following year. In the event of cancellations 14 or fewer days before the arrival date, the deposit will be withheld.
The prices do not include tourist tax of €2.00 per person per day for all guests aged 12 and over.

Check-in time: 2.00 pm – 9.30 pm
Check-out time: 7.30 am – 10.00 am
Arrivals after 9.30 pm must be arranged in advance. Please get in touch with us using the contact details in the booking confirmation.
On the day of your departure, your room, parking space and spot on the beach must be vacated by 10.00 am so that everything can be prepared for the next guests in time for their arrival.
The prices include: VAT, a space in a private car park 200 metres from the hotel, pool services, Beach: 1 umbrella with 2 sun loungers for every room, pool towel service (1 per person per day).
