Our Story
Welcome to Park Hotel Pineta, an enchanting luxury destination located in the historic town of Caorle. Our history dates back to 1952, when the pioneer of tourism in Caorle, Domenico ‘Memi’ Turchetto, founded this wonderful hotel. In addition to founding the hotel, Memi also founded in 1921 the Bagni Conchiglia bathing establishment, today known as Don Pablo. His dedication and passion for hospitality was recognised with the prestigious Dionisio d’oro for hospitality, awarded to him in Rome, at the Campidoglio, as a sign of gratitude for the investments made by former president Matteo Matteotti.
The Turchetto Family
The history of our hotel is a testament to the Turchetto family’s perseverance and vision. Initially known as ‘Pineta al Mare’, the Park Hotel Pineta was a modest guesthouse. However, thanks to the tireless efforts of the family, the hotel underwent significant expansion.

Over the years, the Park Hotel Pineta has continued to grow and improve. In 1995, we reached the prestigious milestone of a fourth star, an acknowledgement of the quality of our services and facilities. During this time, we expanded the size of our rooms and added a swimming pool to our complex, offering guests an even more comfortable and relaxing stay.

Today Park Hotel Pineta is led by Kay Turchetto, Paolo’s daughter, together with her daughter Gaia. We continue to honour the family tradition of first-class hospitality, offering our guests an unforgettable experience. Looking to the future, we are committed to strengthening the prestigious name of Park Hotel Pineta through our commitment to the environment and sustainability. We are determined to promote eco-friendly practices and to make our guests aware of the importance of preserving our beautiful natural environment.
